Ingredients
- 125g Butter
- 125g Caster sugar
- 125g Self raising flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
To decorate your buns you could use
- Chocolate spread
- Ready to roll icing (in different colours)
- Icing pens
- Sprinkles
- Chocolate drops
- Rolling pin, knife and cookie cutter for decorating the buns
How to make my buns
- Use a wooden spoon to cream the butter and sugar
- Beat two eggs in a bowl
- Add the eggs a little at a time
- Sift the flour into the bowl and fold in using a tablespoon
- Mix in the milk a bit at a time
- Stir until the mixture is smooth
- Spoon the mixture into the bun cases
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
- Take the buns out and leave to cool
To decorate
11. Spread a bit of chocolate sauce on the buns
12. Roll the icing out until it is about 1/2 cm thick
13. Cut circles out of the icing using and stick the icing to the top of the buns
14. Decorate with sprinkles, icing pens and chocolate
